This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13355) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ASB11, targeting the amino acid region 132–302 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ASB11 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ASB11 (Ankyrin repeat and SOCS box containing 11) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a substrate-recognition component of a Cullin-5-RING E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase (CRL5) complex. It functions in regulating protein degradation, particularly influencing Notch signaling, neuronal progenitor cell proliferation, and embryonic/adult myogenesis.
DPABH-13355 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-13355 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
