General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21595) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARRDC1, targeting the amino acid region 219–403 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARRDC1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARRDC1 (Arrestin Domain-Containing Protein 1) is a critical protein that mediates the formation and release of a specific type of extracellular vesicle known as ARRDC1-mediated microvesicles (ARMMs) directly from the plasma membrane. It acts as an adapter, recruiting E3 ubiquitin ligases (e.g., NEDD4) to the membrane, driving vesicle budding through the ESCRT pathway, and plays key roles in intercellular communication and therapeutic molecule delivery.
DPABH-21595 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-21595 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
