This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14702) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARMCX6, targeting the amino acid region 100–278 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARMCX6 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARMCX6 (Armadillo Repeat Containing X-Linked 6) is a protein-coding gene located in a cluster on the X chromosome (Xq22.1) that encodes a protein, often associated with mitochondria in neurons. It is part of the ARMCX family, which has been implicated in cell fate determination, with potential roles in neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and in regulating mitochondrial dynamics.
DPABH-14702 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-14702 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
