General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20119) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARMC7, targeting the amino acid region 1–198 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARMC7 (Armadillo Repeat Containing 7) encodes a protein characterized by the presence of armadillo (ARM) repeat domains, which are known to mediate protein–protein interactions and are commonly involved in the assembly of multiprotein complexes. Although the specific molecular function of ARMC7 is not well defined, armadillo repeat proteins often participate in key cellular processes such as signal transduction, cytoskeletal organization, and regulation of gene expression. ARMC7 is predicted to localize primarily to the cytoplasm and may act as a scaffold or adaptor protein that stabilizes or coordinates signaling complexes. Expression data suggest that it is broadly expressed across tissues, indicating a potential housekeeping or fundamental cellular role. Emerging studies have hinted at possible involvement in cell proliferation and cancer-related pathways, but direct mechanistic evidence remains limited. Overall, ARMC7 is considered a poorly characterized but evolutionarily conserved protein likely involved in intracellular protein interaction networks.
DPABH-20119 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-20119 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
