General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12610) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARMC5, targeting the amino acid region 1–339 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ARMC5 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARMC5 also termed as armadillo repeat containing 5 is a 935 amino acid protein, which contains one BTB domain and seven ARM repeats. ARMC5 exists as four alternative spicing isoforms. The molecular weight of isoforms is 53 kDa. DPABH-12610 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-12610 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
