This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20343) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARL4C, targeting the amino acid region 2–192 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARL4C from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARL4C (ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 4C) is a small GTPase acting as an oncogene in various cancers—including lung, colorectal, pancreatic, and renal cancers—where it promotes cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. It is often overexpressed via Wnt/β-catenin signaling or DNA hypomethylation.
DPABH-20343 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-20343 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
