This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02982) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARL14. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARL14 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARL14 (ADP-ribosylation factor-like GTPase 14), also known as ARF7, is a small GTP-binding protein that regulates intracellular membrane trafficking, specifically controlling MHC class II molecule transport in immune cells. It acts as an oncogene in certain cancers, such as lung adenocarcinoma, and is implicated in regulating actin-based vesicle movement.
DPABH-02982 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications.
DPABH-02982 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
