General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22396) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGEF7, targeting the amino acid region 455–803 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ARHGEF7 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Acts as a RAC1 guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) and can induce membrane ruffling. May function as a positive regulator of apoptosis. May function in cell migration. DPABH-22396 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:250–1:1,000), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-22396 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
