This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08514) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGEF15, targeting the amino acid region 470–668 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARHGEF15 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARHGEF15 (Rho Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor 15) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a specific guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for Rho GTPases, primarily activating RhoA in vascular smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells. It plays a critical role in regulating cell motility, actin cytoskeletal organization, and angiogenesis, while its overexpression is linked to aggressive cancer, such as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and poor prognosis.
DPABH-08514 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-08514 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
