This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02992) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGAP32, targeting the amino acid region 5–322 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ARHGAP32 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARHGAP32, also known as RICS, belongs to the PX domain-containing GAP family. ARHGAP32 encodes a neuron-associated GTPase-activating protein that regulates dendritic spine morphology and strength. ARHGAP32 also can interact with RhoA and β-catenin, thereby inhibiting phosphorylation of LIMK/cofilin and promoting epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process. ARHGAP32 is highly expressed in brain and testis (PMID: 30888095, PMID: 32205841). DPABH-02992 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-02992 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
