General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10853) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGAP28, targeting the amino acid region 1–167 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ARHGAP28 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARHGAP28 (Rho GTPase Activating Protein 28), also known as FLJ10312 and KIAA1314, is a Rho GTPase activating protein (RhoGAP) that switches RhoA to its inactive form. It is reported that high expression of ARHGAP28 in osteosarcoma cell lines can inhibit the proliferation, migration, and invasion of osteosarcoma(PMID: 38041020).
DPABH-10853 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:250–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-10853 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
