General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19303) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGAP23, targeting the amino acid region 500–700 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ARHGAP23 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARHGAP23 (Rho GTPase Activating Protein 23) belongs to the family of Rho GTPase activating proteins. The protein functions as a GTPase-activating factor by converting Rho class GTPases into their inactive GDP-bound state. ARHGAP23 is involved in the Rho GTPase signaling pathway, affecting processes such as cytoskeletal reorganization, cell migration, and cell proliferation. In non-small cell lung cancer, the expression of ARHGAP23 is associated with tumor immune infiltration and prognosis, and its role in tumor development has attracted attention. Mutations in this gene are related to a variety of diseases, including certain types of cancer and neurological disorders.
DPABH-19303 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-19303 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
