This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20646) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGAP21, targeting the amino acid region 10–193 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARHGAP21 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARHGAP21 (Rho GTPase Activating Protein 21) is a 217–250 kDa protein that acts as a negative regulator (GAP) for Rho GTPases, particularly Cdc42 and RhoA. It regulates F-actin dynamics, Golgi apparatus structure, cell migration, and cell-cell junctions by binding to partners like Arf1, FAK, and \(\alpha \)-tubulin. It is involved in cancer progression and insulin secretion.
DPABH-20646 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-20646 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
