This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23526) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGAP15. It has been affinity purified by protein A. ARHGAP15 (Rho GTPase Activating Protein 15) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a specific GTPase-activating protein (GAP) for RAC1, regulating its activity to control cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and survival. It is heavily involved in neuronal development, particularly the migration of cortical interneurons, and functions as a tumor suppressor in various cancers (e.g., breast, lung, glioma), though it acts as a pro-metastatic factor in gastric cancer by reducing oxidative stress.
DPABH-23526 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-23526 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
