This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16215) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARFGAP2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARFGAP2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARFGAP2 (ADP-ribosylation factor GTPase-activating protein 2) is a protein-coding gene in humans that plays an essential role in regulating vesicular transport. Located in the Golgi apparatus, it acts as a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) for ARF1, a key player in COPI-coated vesicle formation, facilitating cargo transport from the Golgi to the endoplasmic reticulum. DPABH-16215 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:200) applications. DPABH-16215 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
