This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08314) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human APPL2, targeting the amino acid region 314–664 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human APPL2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Required for the regulation of cell proliferation in response to extracellular signals mediated by an early endosomal compartment. Links Rab5 to nuclear signal transduction. DPABH-08314 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:250–1:1,000), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-08314 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
