General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21333) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human APOOL, targeting the amino acid region 27–192 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with APOOL from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Apolipoprotein O-like (APOOL), distinct from Apolipoprotein O (APOO/MIC26), is a mitochondrial membrane protein and a component of the Mitofilin/MINOS complex, crucial for maintaining mitochondrial cristae structure. It functions by binding to cardiolipin, with its dysfunction linked to impaired mitochondrial respiration, reduced oxygen consumption, and abnormal cristae morphology.
DPABH-21333 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-21333 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
