General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13364) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human APBB3, targeting the amino acid region 105–393 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. APBB3, also known as FE65L2, is a protein-coding gene located on the long arm of human chromosome 5 at position 5q31.3 that encodes the amyloid beta (A4) precursor protein-binding family B member 3, a member of the APBB protein family that binds to the intracellular domain of amyloid precursor protein (APP). This protein, consisting of 486 amino acids in its canonical isoform, is primarily localized in the cytoplasm and nucleus. It belongs to the APBB (amyloid beta precursor protein-binding) family alongside APBB1 (Fe65) and APBB2 (Fe65L1), and is ubiquitously expressed across human tissues with particularly high levels in the testis and adrenal gland.
DPABH-13364 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
DPABH-13364 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
