This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27396) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human AP4S1, targeting the amino acid region 5–98 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human AP4S1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Subunit of novel type of clathrin- or non-clathrin-associated protein coat involved in targeting proteins from the trans-Golgi network (TGN) to the endosomal-lysosomal system.
DPABH-27396 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500), IF-P (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-27396 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
