This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10231) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ANP32C. It has been affinity purified by protein A. ANP32C (Acidic Leucine-Rich Nuclear Phosphoprotein 32 Family Member C), also known as pp32r1, is an oncogenic protein often overexpressed in poorly differentiated tumors, including breast, prostate, and pancreatic cancers. It is a 28-kDa protein that promotes cancer development, increases resistance to apoptosis, and interacts with Hsp90.
DPABH-10231 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:15–1:50) applications.
