This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09647) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ANKRD54. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ANKRD54 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable protein kinase regulator activity. Predicted to be involved in positive regulation of erythrocyte differentiation and regulation of intracellular signal transduction. Predicted to act upstream of or within nucleocytoplasmic transport and regulation of protein kinase activity. Predicted to be located in midbody. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and nucleus. DPABH-09647 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-09647 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol.
