This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05967) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANKRD53, targeting the amino acid region 1–343 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ANKRD53 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ANKRD53 also termed as ankyrin repeat domain 53 is a 533 amino-acid protein,which contains three ANK repeats and belongs to ankyrin family. The function of ANKRD53 is still non-known and need to be further studied. Ankyrins are membrane adaptor molecules that play important roles in coupling integral membrane proteins to the spectrin-based cytoskeleton network. DPABH-05967 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-05967 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
