This product (Catalog No. DPABH-07505) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANKRD50, targeting the amino acid region 524–743 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ANKRD50 (Ankyrin Repeat Domain 50) is a 1,429-amino acid protein that acts as a critical scaffolding component in the SNX27-retromer-WASH supercomplex. It is essential for mediating the endosome-to-plasma membrane trafficking and recycling of transmembrane proteins, such as nutrient transporters GLUT1 and SLC1A4. DPABH-07505 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), IHC applications. DPABH-07505 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
