This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23688) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANKRD29, targeting the amino acid region 79–299 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ANKRD29 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ANKRD29 (Ankyrin Repeat Domain 29) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a tumor suppressor in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by inhibiting cell growth and migration through regulation of the MAPK signaling pathway. It serves as a prognostic and immunological biomarker, with potential applications in immunotherapy response and drug susceptibility evaluation.
DPABH-23688 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
