This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21885) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANKRD27. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity and small GTPase binding activity. Involved in endocytic recycling and negative regulation of SNARE complex assembly. Acts upstream of or within early endosome to late endosome transport. Located in several cellular components, including cytosol; endosome; and lysosome. Implicated in eosinophilic esophagitis. DPABH-21885 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-21885 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
