This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11971) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANKRD17, targeting the amino acid region 1553–1684 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ANKRD17 belongs to the family of ankyrin repeat-containing proteins, and contains two distinct arrays of ankyrin repeats in its amino-terminal region. It also contains a nuclear export signal, nuclear localization signal, and a cyclin-binding RXL motif. Localization of this protein to the nucleus has been shown experimentally, and interactions between this protein and cyclin-dependent kinase 2 have been observed.
DPABH-11971 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-11971 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
