This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10639) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human AMDHD2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with AMDHD2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. AMDHD2 (Amidohydrolase Domain Containing 2) is a metabolic enzyme that acts as an N-acetylglucosamine-6-phosphate deacetylase to regulate the hexosamine biosynthetic pathway (HBP). By catalyzing the deacetylation of GlcNAc-6P, it reverses the second step of the HBP, limiting the production of UDP-GlcNAc, a molecule critical for cellular stress resistance, metabolism, and protein glycosylation.
DPABH-10639 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-10639 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
