General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26589) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ALS2CR11. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ALS2CR11 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. An autosomal recessive form of juvenile amyotrophic lateral sclerosis was originally mapped to a region of chromosome 2 that includes this gene. The encoded protein contains a calcium-dependent membrane targeting C2 domain. This domain is often found in proteins that are involved in membrane trafficking and signal transduction.
DPABH-26589 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-26589 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
