This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01481) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human AEBP2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with AEBP2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable DNA binding activity; transcription coregulator activity; and zinc ion binding activity. Predicted to be involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to act upstream of or within regulation of DNA-templated transcription. Located in nucleoplasm. Part of ESC/E(Z) complex. DPABH-01481 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-01481 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C.
