This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09167) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ADSS. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ADSS from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Adenylosuccinate synthase (ADSS, EC 6.3.4.4) is a crucial ligase enzyme catalyzing the first committed step in de novo AMP biosynthesis, converting inosine monophosphate (IMP) and aspartate into adenylosuccinate using GTP and Mg2+. It regulates purine nucleotide balance, exists as a homodimer, and is essential across bacteria, plants, and humans.
DPABH-09167 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:100) applications.
DPABH-09167 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
