This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23347) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ADRM1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ADRM1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the adhesion regulating molecule 1 protein family. The encoded protein is a component of the proteasome where it acts as a ubiquitin receptor and recruits the deubiquitinating enzyme, ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase L5. Increased levels of the encoded protein are associated with increased cell adhesion, which is likely an indirect effect of this intracellular protein. Dysregulation of this gene has been implicated in carcinogenesis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-23347 is suitable for use in IHC (1:40–1:200) application. DPABH-23347 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
