This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02817) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ACYP1, targeting the amino acid region 1–99 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ACYP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Acylphosphatase is a small cytosolic enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of the carboxyl-phosphate bond of acylphosphates. Two isoenzymes have been isolated, called muscle acylphosphatase and erythrocyte acylphosphatase, on the basis of their tissue localization. This gene encodes the erythrocyte acylphosphatase isoenzyme. Alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode different proteins were identified through data analysis. DPABH-02817 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) application. DPABH-02817 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
