This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17634) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ACTRT2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ACTRT2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ACTRT2 (Actin-Related Protein T2) is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 1, primarily expressed in the testis during late spermatid differentiation. It encodes a member of the actin family involved in cytoskeleton organization within the sperm calyx. Decreased expression is linked to impaired sperm motility, making it a potential marker for male infertility. DPABH-17634 is suitable for use in ELISA, IHC applications. DPABH-17634 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
