This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03028) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ACSM2A, targeting the amino acid region 223–390 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ACSM2A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ACSM2A(Acyl-coenzyme A synthetase ACSM2A, mitochondrial) is also named as ACSM2, MACS2 and belongs to the ATP-dependent AMP-binding enzyme family. It acts as a medium-chain fatty acid : CoA ligase with the caculated molecular weight of 64 kDa and acts on acids from C(4) to C(11) and on the corresponding 3-hydroxy- and 2,3- or 3,4-unsaturated acids.
DPABH-03028 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-03028 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
