General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16605) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ACP1, targeting the amino acid region 15–102 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ACP1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Human red cell acid phosphatase (ACP1) is a polymorphic enzyme closely related to cytosolic low molecular weight acid phosphatases, a protein family broadly conserved among eukaryotes. It catalyses the transfer of phosphate from phosphate ester substrates to suitable acceptor alcohols such as methanol and glycerol. This protein has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing. DPABH-16605 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-16605 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
