General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18362) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ACOT12. It has been affinity purified by protein A. ACOT12 (Acyl-CoA Thioesterase 12), also known as STARD15, is a key metabolic enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of acetyl-CoA into CoA and acetate, primarily in the cytoplasm of liver cells. It regulates metabolic flux, acetyl-CoA pools, and epigenetic signaling, and acts as a tumor suppressor in hepatocellular carcinoma.
DPABH-18362 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:100), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-18362 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
