This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23870) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ABLIM3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ABLIM3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the actin-binding LIM (abLIM) family of proteins. These proteins are characterized by an N-terminal LIM domain and a C-terminal dematin-like domain. The encoded protein interacts with actin filaments and may be a component of adherens junctions in several cell types. A variant of this gene may be associated with pain sensitivity in male human patients. DPABH-23870 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-23870 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
