This product (Catalog No. DPABH-06295) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ABHD12B, targeting the amino acid region 1–255 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ABHD12B from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes an enzyme involved in the metabolism of prostaglandins. The encoded protein catalyzes the NADPH-dependent conversion of 15-keto-prostaglandin E2 to 15-keto-13,14-dihydro-prostaglandin E2. This protein may also be involved in regulating activation of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-06295 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-06295 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
