ARL8A (ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 8A) is a small GTP-binding protein that acts as a key regulator of lysosomal trafficking, primarily mediating their motility and distribution towards the cell periphery. It localizes to lysosomes, interacts with the motor adapter SKIP, and plays roles in axonal transport and chromosome segregation. CABT-BL337 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. CABT-BL337 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
