General Notes

This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4176) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ARL11, targeting the amino acid region 65–160 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARL11 from mouse, rat, pig, and cow. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a tumor suppressor related to the ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF) family of proteins. The encoded protein may play a role in apoptosis in a caspase-dependent manner. Polymorphisms in this gene have been associated with some familial cancers.
