This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4172) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGEF6. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARHGEF6 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Rho GTPases play a fundamental role in numerous cellular processes that are initiated by extracellular stimuli that work through G protein coupled receptors. The encoded protein belongs to a family of cytoplasmic proteins that activate the Ras-like family of Rho proteins by exchanging bound GDP for GTP. It may form a complex with G proteins and stimulate Rho-dependent signals. This protein is activated by PI3-kinase. Mutations in this gene can cause X-chromosomal non-specific cognitive disability. CABT-BL4172 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:200) application. CABT-BL4172 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
