General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL319) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ARHGAP30. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ARHGAP30 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ARHGAP30 (Rho GTPase-activating protein 30) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a RhoGAP, primarily functioning as a tumor suppressor in various cancers (e.g., lung, pancreatic, cervical) by regulating RhoA/Rac1 activity, inhibiting Wnt/β-catenin signaling, and modulating p53 acetylation. It is often downregulated in tumors, and its overexpression suppresses cancer cell proliferation and migration.
CABT-BL319 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications.
CABT-BL319 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
