Intended Use

AMA-M2 is an indirect solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) for the quantitative measurement of IgG class autoantibodies against mitochondrial M2 subtype antigen in human serum or plasma.

Storage

1. Store the kit at 2-8°C.
2. Keep microplate wells sealed in a dry bag with desiccants.
3. The reagents are stable until expiration of the kit.
4. Do not expose test reagents to heat, sun or strong light during storage and usage.
