This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL4141) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human AKIP1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a nuclear protein that interacts with protein kinase A catalytic subunit, and regulates the effect of the cAMP-dependent protein kinase signaling pathway on the NF-kappa-B activation cascade. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described for this gene. CABT-BL4141 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. CABT-BL4141 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
