This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL209) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ADCK4, targeting the amino acid region 65–170 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ADCK4 from mouse, rat, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a protein with two copies of a domain found in protein kinases. The encoded protein has a complete protein kinase catalytic domain, and a truncated domain that contains only the active and binding sites of the protein kinase domain, however, it is not known whether the protein has any kinase activity. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
CABT-BL209 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:200–1:800), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL209 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
