General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL182) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ACN9, targeting the amino acid region 21–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ACN9 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. ACN9 (also known as SDHAF3) is a protein, specifically a mitochondrial assembly factor, that plays an essential role in the maturation of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), or complex II, in the electron transport chain. It protects the iron-sulfur subunit of SDH and is crucial for proper mitochondrial respiration. It was originally identified in yeast as vital for metabolism.
CABT-BL182 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL182 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
