Detection Antibody: Rabbit Anti-Adenine and Guanine Monoclonal Antibody, Clone SN587 [Biotin], 25 μg at 1.0 mg/mL in 50% Glycerol/PBS with 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.

General Description
ABPR-JX02B detects 5-hydroxymethylcytosine in denatured DNA (single strand DNA). It does not react to non-methylated cytosine and other modified cytosine (5-mC, 5-caC, or 5-fC) in DNA. ABPR-JX02B includes capture and detection antibodies for Sandwich ELISA assays.
