General Description
ABPR-JX03B detects 5-Carboxylcytosine (5-caC) in denatured DNA (single strand DNA). It does not react to non-methylated cytosine and other modified cytosine (5-mC, 5-hmC, or 5-fC) in DNA. ABPR-JX03B includes capture and detection antibodies for Sandwich ELISA assays.
