The kit uses cutting-edge technology to deliver more sensitivity than conventional latex-bead based dipstick assays and is much faster than ELISA-based isotyping assays. In addition, the Creative Diagnostics isotyping kit uses highly specific antibodies that significantly reduces the number of false-positives (caused by interfering types of Igs) compared to other leading brands.

The kit is very easy to use and can be run with cell/tissue culture supernatant, mouse ascites fluid, or purified antibodies. A small amount of diluted sample is pipetted onto the lateral flow cartridge and within five minutes, results can be read.
