This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08574) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SynDIG4, targeting the amino acid region 4–225 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SynDIG4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SynDIG4 [also known as Prrt1 (proline-rich transmembrane protein 1)] has recently been identified as a component of AMPAR complexes. SynDIG4 is especially prominent in the hippocampus and particularly within CA1.The function of PRRT1 has not been widely studied, and is yet to be fully elucidated. DPABH-08574 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IF/ICC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-08574 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
